The Easter/Spring Doodle Jump Theme is themed to the Easter/spring season, with its vibrant colors and repeated uses of eggs, flowers and rabbits. Doodler (player character) is, by default, dressed in a bunny suit, and can shoot colored eggs. The propeller hat appears to be a leaf propeller while the jetpacks are two carrots. Similar to Ninja, Easter contains collectibles (colored eggs) that can be used to buy costumes and resurrects.

The gameplay of this theme is much like the default one, except that it's Easter themed and there are eggs to collect.

The Easter store
The Easter theme includes a store featuring costumes with special abilities, and golden eggs (resurrects.)
- Fluffy Bunny (default): "Jump and shoot some eggs." Allows the player to shoot single eggs (affected by gravity.)
- Pink Bunny: "Shoot three eggs at a time." Allows the player to shoot three eggs at once.
- Teeny Chick: "Flap your wings for longer jumps." Allows the player a small boost in midair in exchange for shooting abilities.
- Sunday Best: "Shoot three candies at a time." Allows the player to shoot three candies (not affected by gravity) at once.
- Boy Friday: "Shoot candy." Allows the player to shoot single candies.
- Hatch Eggster "Shields you from monsters once." Grants the player an extra hit. (Can shoot single eggs) Hit only applies to monsters, UFOs and black holes are not affected by this ability.
- Fluffernutter: "Jump and then jump again." Grants the player the ability to double jump.
